Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Anchorage.

Purchase price: $510,750
Cash invested: $15,000

Multi-family home located in midtown Anchorage. Purchased it with a VA loan, zero down. Only cash invested in the deal is the cash from paying myself rent for a year. Holding it for cash flow and making continuous improvements on it.
