First Investment Deal and First Rental Property

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Mobile.

Purchase price: $15,000
Cash invested: $30,000

This was my first deal and first rental property! I ended up spending a little more than expected but am still able to cash flow around $200 a month after Refi. The tenants have been amazing!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I am actually the Property Manager for The Rent Experts and after some time in the business decided I should get in on the fun as well!
