Tips for making a Real Estate Market Report???

Hey everyone, I'm currently a Junior in college and I'm currently interning for a commercial real estate company. They want me to create a real estate report for a specific market and I'm here I guess just asking if anyone has suggestions or any tips on how to find the most up to date data, what should be included/not included, or really anything to help point me in the proper direction!
