Was a great fix and flip opportunity!
Investment Info:
Single-family residence fix & flip investment.
Purchase price: $53,000
Cash invested: $35,000
Sale price: $126,000
Took longer than original planned. (The pool was a headache).Remodeled from the ground up including in-ground pool.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I had a flip close by so I knew the numbers for selling after to flip very well.

@Chris Stroup I honestly pieced the contractors together for this one, For example I used (Chapmin Wilson for the pool) I do not recommended them! I used a company specifically for painting, a company specifically for flooring, a company for plumbing, etc.. if you would like a referral let me know!
