What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Interested in long term passive income

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

This deal was offered by Zach Lemaster of Rent to Retirement.

How did you finance this deal?

Purchased with Bridge Loan from Great Oak Funding

How did you add value to the deal?

The property had been mismanaged with deferred maintenance and rents below market. We just closed on 04/03/2020 and are in the process of correcting maintenance issues and stabilizing rents.

What was the outcome?

Time will tell..

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

So far working with Rent to Retirement has been a great experience.
