Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Southington.

Purchase price: $120,000
Cash invested: $25,000

Purchased in November 2019. 2 bed/1ba. After rehab, will be 3 bed/2.5 bath. Purchased with hard money loan (full purchase price and part of renovation costs).
