AWESOME Duplex for under 300K!!

Small multi-family (2-4 units) other investment in Charlottesville.
We currently have an available over/under duplex in the beautiful woolen mills neighborhood in Charlottesville, VA. It's a close walk to a local park, as well as breweries and restaurants in the area.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
It's a quality property in a quality neighborhood, just a short distance to the downtown mall! Both units are currently being rented (leases end June 1st, 2020), and we think this would make a great buy and hold rental!
