Buy & Hold Fort Lauderdale

John Casey
Posted

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Fort Lauderdale.

Purchase price: $930,000

Buyer represented on this sale. Buyer purchased via a 1031 exchange.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We negotiated this deal based on the potential cash flow. Fort Lauderdale is a highly desired place to live and I represented the buyer. My client (now friend) is earning a substantial monthly cash flow on this, and multiple other deals we've completed.
