Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $156,100
Cash invested: $10,000

I purchased this house in 2012 as my main residence. I have since moved out and am renting it out with positive cash flow and over $70,000 in equity. This house is the start of my real estate investing journey. One down, hopefully many more to come.
