Is there a glitch on the flipping calculator?

Okay BP friends, I need some help with the Flipping calculator.  I've recently signed up for a pro membership and started working with the calculators.  The current deal I'm running does not have a number involved that is near $1,000,000.00, yet my total cash invested number is as seen below, $1,327,092.  Is there a glitch with the calculator or am I missing something simple here?
