Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $42,500
Cash invested: $125,000

1950 hoarders house. Total gut and remodel. We intend to buy and hold.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

My past construction experience, my wife's eye for detail and design, and our desire to invest in our future while working together put us on the market looking for something to fix up.

How did you finance this deal?

Cash
