Cash invested: $5,000
Sale price: $295,000

I bought a single family home for me and my family, it was never really my idea of a good investment. Everyone around me including my girlfriend kept pushing me toward buying a house. We lived in the house for 3 years and realized this week to week life is not for us. We put are house on the market and sold it and plan to invest the money we walk away with.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

At the time this was not an investment more a place to build a family. I am not against owning a home but my whole like I been told its an investment. I see it more of an asset then in investment, needless to say I pulled the trigger built a family. three years later Ive had a great place to live and I'm getting out with money in the bank.
