[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
Looking for thoughts on strategy.
Purchased 2 commercial office buildings last year, below is report.. owner finance 10% down, 15 year amortization @ 6%.
I've been reading about people refinancing to get their investment out, based on new value from NOI and/or getting lower rates due to a better LTV. I have no idea how to calculate actual value so ARV on this report is literally made up. I don't need the cash out for anything honestly. If you need more info let me know
