Purchase price: $290,000
Just got into escrow today for my first fix and flip!
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
My husband got me interested in real estate, and I realized that I wanted to be my own boss and not a W2 employee. I was so over asking for days off. From there I went out and got my real estate license and started listening to Bigger Pockets podcasts. I'm not going to lie, I didn't have a choice on car rides to Lake Tahoe. But it inspired me and got me thinking about everything in a new perspective. Now I'm excited to fix and flip, and hopefully get a property that I can turn into an Airb

I made a cash offer with no contingencies after my husband walked through the property.
