In escrow for my first flip!

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Citrus Heights.

Purchase price: $290,000

Just got into escrow today for my first fix and flip! My husband got me interested in real estate, and I realized that I wanted to be my own boss and not a W2 employee. I was so over asking for days off. From there I went out and got my real estate license and started listening to Bigger Pockets podcasts. I'm not going to lie, I didn't have a choice on car rides to Lake Tahoe. But it inspired me and got me thinking about everything in a new perspective. Now I'm excited to fix and flip, and hopefully get a property that I can turn into an Airbnb in the Tahoe area. Wish me luck!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I made a cash offer with no contingencies after my husband walked through the property.
