Four Square Method Excel Doc

Hi Everyone, 

I recently re-vamped a four square excel document that I found here on BiggerPockets. This excel doc helps with quick and easy calculations! Just plug in the Home's value, Rental income and Mortgage. FYI - You'll need to make a few adjustments to the calculations depending on where you live.

This is my version 1. I'd greatly appreciate any feedback to make this more accurate! :)
