Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Lansing.

Purchase price: $15,000
Cash invested: $33,000
Sale price: $67,000

Major clean out! Replaced all windows and exterior doors, 2 interior doors, painted complete interior and many minor repairs, Drum sanded all wood floors( hardwood throughout)

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

First deal, bought at tax auction, someone was willing to show me how to do land contract so I decided to try though I was more interested in buy and hold.
