Other buy & hold investment in Fishkill.

Old firehouse building in total disrepair, had a 25 ft tree growing out of second floor. Had to save it, once these buildings go they're gone forever. Some pics of before and after. Spent more than hoped for but was worth it in the end; now has a one bedroom apartment upstairs and breadhouse / bakery downstairs. Not all square footage is created equal.
