Purchase price: $241,000
Cash invested: $57,000
Sale price: $357,000

Single family residence fix and flip in suburb Seattle. Did a cosmetic rehab and added a new roof. Big selling points were the open layout, bonus office/den, detached garage and detached shop/shed.
