What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This is my first fix & flip I've ever done. The numbers were right and the timing was perfect with my work schedule and personal life so I thought, if not now, when? I've always known I wanted to get into real estate investing I just didn't know how or what market to start in so I saw this as a perfect opportunity. I took the leap of faith and have been working on this project ever since.
Rehab started 10/11/19 and the project is about 2-3 weeks out of being finished.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

The deal was actually brought to my attention by a Flipper/Investor already in the industry

How did you finance this deal?

Through a hard money loan, Aztec finacial

How did you add value to the deal?

I invested $50k into the project

What was the outcome?

We are still working on it, so far there has only been minimal surprises.
