Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment in Johnstown.

Purchase price: $179,900
Cash invested: $61,000

6 unit with 4- 1 bed rooms and 2- 3 bed rooms, 5 of 6 units currently being rented and the last one needs renovations.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
