Cash invested: $75,000

Lake Gaston waterfront property with an amazing boat house complete with bar. Originally purchased as a vacation home.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Lake Gaston is a popular destination being under an hour and a half from Raleigh. We knew we would get lots of personal enjoyment from the property and plan to rent it in the future.

Traditional mortgage as second home, 20% down
