Calculating Numbers on Properties (finding good deals)

Hello,

I am currently saving up for my first House-hacking rental property. I'm just a little confused on how to ru the numbers to find a good deal ! My plan is to house-hack/BRRRR the building! Wondering how to run the ARV, and overall all of the numbers to find good deals.
