Hello current Philadelphia investors. I am currently cashing out on a home and am looking for my next investment. One of the areas that has caught my interest is short term rentals in center city Philadelphia. I am looking for a condo in center city, old city, or fairmount approx. $500,000- $1,000,000. Ideally I would like to find out about any air bnb restrictions in Philadelphia, how taxes work with short-term rentals, and any success stories with similar investment. Any help is greatly appreciated!
