Air bnb short term rentals Orlando FL

Hello all I am looking for some advice and areas to buy near the Orlando area. I would like to be as close as possible to Disney. I am from the NY area so any ( not to familiar with the area) advice would help! Main concern is it’s a safe area and close to Disney!
