Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $139,000
Cash invested: $10,000
Sale price: $185,000

Finally! My first flip!

How did you finance this deal?

We did an FHA Hack. Lived in the property had a no prepayment penalty fee FHA loan.

How did you add value to the deal?

We upgraded the kitchen and it added value to the house.

What was the outcome?

We made $40K now we (me and my hubby) are looking for another property to invest in.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

This was a leap of faith move, and it worked!
