Bought as primary residence almost 3 years ago. Lived in it for over a year while house hacking (on accident). Moved for work, but continued to operate as a house hack / weekend home. Now looking to move closer to job more permanently. Best to transition to full time remote rental or sell to use equity in new home purchase?
