Single-family residence wholesale investment in Knoxville.

Purchase price: $34,000
Cash invested: $34,000
Sale price: $37,000

Quick wholesale property on great street in Knoxville. ARV was $129,900 and the property needed about 35k in repairs.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Quick flip with an experienced cash buyer.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Call. A wholesaler had abandoned the contract on the young lady who had inherited this house. We closed in a couple of days.
