Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Kansas City.

Purchase price: $117,000
Cash invested: $25,000

I made an offer today on a house 3 bedroom 1 bath in Kansas city mo it is my first house I hope my business ​goes well and grows in the future.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

it's the influence of a good friend.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I learned, searched and find a nice house.

How did you finance this deal?

I m using my 401k saving for the down payment.

How did you add value to the deal?

the house is clean finished and the tenant lives there want to stay. I did nothing to the house.

What was the outcome?

$900 a month.
