Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.
The building is of older construction but well maintained. I will be inhabiting the 3rd floor unit. It needs some TLC- The idea is that I will leave it in a condition where it will fetch more rent than it did.
Looking to capitalize on the garages as additional income.
