What company is good for suppling good lead info?

I started in May of 2019 and still haven’t had my first deal. I was using Real Estate IQ’s list but have had no luck. I was using call tools for cold calling and most of the numbers supplied were business or no good. I feel like I’ve hit a wall. I need to get my first deal under my belt.
