Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in San Angelo.

Purchase price: $115,000
Cash invested: $23,000

Just purchased this property that I managed previously. Great shape and already established tenants. While managing I was able to make some important improvements to the property. Purchased the property with conventional 30 year term making the cash flow what it is.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Seemed like an easy choice to make.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Previous relationship with owner as property manager.

Conventional 30 year Loan

Previous improvements and know value or potential resale and increased rent rates.
