Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Columbus.

Purchase price: $200,000
Cash invested: $50,000

My first investment property in Columbus Ohio, in the city's historic Old Oaks. 3 of the 4 Units are currently rented, bringing in $680, $850, $680/unit. I am in the process of fully renovating the other unit, trying to get $900. Each townhouse offers 2 bedrooms, a dining room, and a full basement. Each unit also has central air conditioning, a front porch and a large backyard.
