Glitch on Bigger Pockets Rental Property Tool

I'm getting multi-million dollar deficits in the "*Profit if Sold" line on the Rental property tool.  Makes me not have confidence in the calculator.  Is anyone else having this problem?  How do we get Bigger Pockets to fix it?  I haven't found a tech support button.
