2nd Rental - BRRRR property again
Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $90,000
Cash invested: $125,000
BRRRR property. Doing rehab and ready for rent from Feb 2020. Will refinance it in next few months.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
MLS. Property had some manageable basement issues. Able to get 45% less from the market price.
How did you finance this deal?
Refinance with the same back which financed my first property.
How did you add value to the deal?
Fixed the structural issues & rehabbed the house to make it a high end rental
