What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
The income potential was very high and even though there are no signs of gentrification, Philly next door is gentrifying so we were hopeful for some spill over effects eventually. The city is 15 minutes from Center City Philadelphia, and is safer than some parts of Philly and Camden county.
