Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Fort Collins.

Purchase price: $183,500
Cash invested: $1
Sale price: $245,000

Bought this with an owner occupied FHA loan. Held during the downtown and then sold way too soon. Selling this allowed me to leverage into my first commercial deal.
