Follow ups with motivated seller

I have a motivated seller who I found through drive for dollar. After talking to the seller several times and waiting for him to call back, and he never does, but yet he picks up the phone call every time. Even though I told the seller I can buy the property as is, the phone call always ends with, "I will call you back next week after I clean up the house a little." I have followed up with the seller 4 times already. When is enough.
