@Sandra S. I've had rentals since the early 80's. If you look at page 2 of the report you will see the 50% rule which states half the income from rentals goes to expenses and half to profit and mortgage paydown. Mine have varied from 43% to 55% over the time I have owned them. You also need to learn to tag people if you have a question or want to thank them, Use the @ sign and start typing their name.Choices will appear. Double click on the name and it will populate the box with their name in blue and they are then notified that something happened on the post.
