Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Colorado Springs.

Two properties located in R-2 zoning that are currently short term rentals. Both were renovated prior to purchase.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

When we started, Colorado Springs was considered an STR-friendly city.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We found this deal through our business partners who are also real estate agents.

How did you finance this deal?

We put the down payment in and the property is financed through a conventional loan.

What was the outcome?

We have owned this property with our partners for the past two years and have successfully rented as a profitable STR.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

James Carlson and Erin Spradlin
