I am considering renting to pet owners. Are pet fees collected monthly, if so, what percentage of the rent should I charge?

Pet fees are pretty standard across my region. There's typically an upfront, nonrefundable fee of $200-250 and additional pet rent of $25 per month. Check what other landlords are doing around you. Beware "support" animals.
