Performing Assets
I live in a suburb of Washington DC, I own three condo's that are performing well (free and clear) in my portfolio and I'm trying to attract private investors willing to lend money against those properties to purchase more real estate. I know there's a lot of talk about private lending and was trying to see If someone could point me in the right direction in obtaining private financing in my area?! Thanks in advance, ~OG

Why not bank financing? If you're looking for long term financing, a bank (or similar institution) is your absolute best bet.
Anyone who advertises isn't a private lender. They may be a hard money lender, but they're not a private lender, regardless of any such claims.
Private is someone you know. Talk to everyone you know about what you're doing. Talk to everyone you meet about way you do. Someone who has money in an IRA or other account earning 2% at a bank may jump at the chance to invest with your at 8%.
