Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $459,000
Cash invested: $6,000
A cash cow rental property applying a house hack strategy
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
High return in cash flow for next years with a 30 year mortgage with very low interest rates, and just in time when I could purchase with an FHA Loan
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
As a realtor specialized in investments I found it on the MLS, with a very motivated seller who contributes with my closing costs
