Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Houston.

Purchase price: $60,000
Cash invested: $60,000
Sale price: $175,000

Major renovation of a 3/2/2. New kitchen, 2 new baths, new HVAC, new tankless water heater, all new electrical, new driveway. Unexpected repairs included foundation and main sewer line. Great first flip.

I’ve been looking for fix and flips in Houston TX

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Home was purchased from a parent of a former student

How did you finance this deal?

I had several partners on the deal. My buy in was 20k.

How did you add value to the deal?

I found the deal and brought it to local flippers
