1st Deal Calc Review - Help me analyze this Rental deal
Looking at potentially keeping this one as our first Buy and Hold rather than flip for an immediate profit. We bought it well from a friend that just wanted a quick sell.
We purchased for $80,000 cash and would put about another $20,000 into the home for a total cash investment of $100,000. Eventually pulling our cash out and refinance for the $100K to have those funds available for future endeavors.
I'd appreciate any advice after reviewing the deal calculator as well as point out anything I may be overlooking or calculating incorrectly.
