Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Killeen.

Purchase price: $212,000
Cash invested: $5,000
Sale price: $212,000

New construction duplex in Killeen, Texas. I lived in one unit for one year while renting out the other unit. Now both units rented. Cash flow approximately 200 per month.
