Setting Up And Moving Properties Into an LLC

I have an opportunity to purchase a 12 unit property, but I don't have an LLC setup yet. If I purchase the property and then later setup an LLC, how difficult will it be to move the property into the LLC? What would be the steps involved in doing this? I live in Ohio. Would appreciate any feedback/input. Thanks.

Personally I would form the LLC quickly then buy the property into a land trust and have the beneficiary of the land trust be the LLC. This way you have anonymity and asset protection right from the start. Once you move the property everyone knows in public record who owns the property since you bought it in your name first and then transferred it.
