Rental Properties Buy and Hold

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $100,000
Cash invested: $20,000

Single Family 2 Bed 2 Bath

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found the deal in the MLS. Negotiation was very close to the Sellers price.

How did you finance this deal?

Finance through a Local Bank

How did you add value to the deal?

The real value to me was creating a cash flow on day one by signing a Rental Agreement

What was the outcome?

This is my eight home to purchase in the area and are occupied.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I am new to the Buy and Hold /Rental Strategies so lessons learned have yet to be discovered.
