Other commercial investment investment in Brandon.

Purchase price: $200,000
Cash invested: $75,000

2 acres of future self storage and using as rv and trailer storage currently until spring 2020

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I needed more land to expand past 200 self storage units

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I knew the owner and he had it for sale for a few years before taking it off the market. He needed space for storing his rv and busses so he gets to use the portable building and space for10 busses until Aug 2020

How did you finance this deal?

bank financing

How did you add value to the deal?

Fenced with electronic gates and took out the topsoil and added base and gravel
