Hello, everyone, my name is Fabian. I am new in real estate with no experience just trying to start somewhere.  This is a triplex and that I am looking forward to buying and I want to know if this is a good deal. I will be living in one of the properties while renting the other two. I am using a Va loan with no downpayment at all. The property is located in El Paso and each unit has been recently remodeled. I see that the cash flow is low but I will be living in the unit for about 6 months then I will move out and rent all three units. The utilities are paid by the landlord.
